also, if your mailing address is incorrect please contact the testing vendor you registered your last exam with. prometric and vue can be reached by calling 1.800.829.6387 (option 2, 4) or your local registration number to update your mailing address. failure to do so may cause information to be overwritten when you take another certification exam.
