you may review the status of your certificate by visiting the career certifications tracking system at: https://www.certmanager.net/cisco. once logged in, select the [test history] button then click on "certificate status" hyperlink. the fulfillment history will inform you when your certificate was mailed out and if your certificate was returned.

后记:这次亲自去创建case并记录了case从创建到回复,最后解决的全过程,一般情况下前后会收到4封e-mail(我的分别是在11月6,11月7,11月8,11月11收到),第一封是你提交了case后,系统马上自动生成并发到你信箱的,这时最好到跟踪系统查看并更新你的个人信息;第二封是对方给你的回复,你需要查看并按照提示去做,必须在两个工作日内回复case;第三封是对方对你的回复的解答,一般问题这时就解决了,你去case查看也显示的是solved,接着case将会几天后关闭;第四封就是问题完全解决后,对方发来的一封信,主要是感谢你联系他们之类的,另外就是说为了提高服务质量,请帮忙完成一个调查,我一般是填一下的
